Someday

Shana Hiner, 12, Titusville, NJ

I'm sure God meant well,
But we are all being killed.
Of course we must all die someday,
But being murdered is not okay.
Everyone is forgetting love and thinking only hate,
But if this is what we think, we shall have a horrible fate.
And this is very disappointing
To know everyone's avoiding
This problem we have with the way we behave.
An answer to this problem is what I crave.
Everyone tries to be cool,
But they are being the fool.

Maybe someday we'll find a solution
To get rid of this human pollution.
