I love you like a stormy day.
As much as a
piece of dirt,
and an overdue
lease on my car.
I love you,
like a stomach ache
and more than a
dirty lake. I love
you more than a
painful sore, and
more than my old
apple core!
As I sit on the green grass
The sun shines down
on me
and the trees whisper
soft messages.
Birds fly in the
breezy air and
sing graceful songs.
Water is falling and the
smell of flowers
reminds me of
a spring day.
The sound of the
sprinklers to and fro reminds me how things grow.
