The 1999 Special Olympics Fishing Challenge. This is a free fishing tournament for Tennessee Special Olympics Athletes. Every participant will win a prize and/or a trophy. We need donations of fishing equipment, bait, prizes, cash or trophies to make this event a success. The event will be held at Cedar Hills Park in Madison.
